So my problem is my original email account is locked, which is used for my account.....and I have misplaced my password, my iPhone and iPad app now require me to re-login, but I can't as cannot reset the password as it sends a link to my now inaccessible old email account......any suggestions not please?
cannot reset the email to my new account, as need the password to do that on the website,,,,,,luckily my account is active vie the website

I was checking your situation with our Support Team and it seems you already have a case open with them and they have already sent you a response. At this moment, they will be handling your password reset related case.
