Hello @MistyAnn

The time reflected on your averse 2 should match the time on your mobile device that you have connected to through the Bluetooth. Look to your Bluetooth and make sure it says Versa 2 is connected. Try turning your Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds then turn your Bluetooth back on. If the problem persist let’s check your settings. Open the Fitbit app, tap profile picture then scroll down and tap App settings. Now tap time zone. Is your time correct? If it is not, correct it then sync your Versa 2. If it is correct try disabling set automatically, sync your Versa 2 then set to automatically again then sync again.
If this doesn’t work you can try restarting your Versa 2: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
Still having problems? Another thought….is it possible the clock face you have on your Versa 2 is faulty? (Wild guess here…but worth a shot) Try changing your clock face and see if that helps.

Please let me know if this fixes the issue. Keep me posted
