I recently updated my Fitbit app and since then I haven’t been able to search for activities when logging my exercises. Is there a bug in the system?

Thanks for your help @LZeeW. Hi there @Marleneopstvedt

Thanks for taking the time to share what you've experienced when logging your exercises. I'd like to confirm if your Fitbit app is in English? If not, have you tried to change the language of the app to English to see if you continue experiencing this issue? For more information about how to change a language, see How do I change my language on Fitbit?

If you continue having difficulties, please try the following:

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Log into the Fitbit app and try logging a new activity

Hope this helps.

Hello @Marleneopstvedt and welcome to the Help forum.  Are you an Android or iPhone user?  App problems are usually specific to one type of phone.  I want to move your post to a better fit forum.

I will move this to the iOS forum.  I am an iPhone user, too.  I don't need to log workouts like you do.  My Versa 3 has the Exercise app.  But I tried to log activities that don't exist in the Exercise app and I see no change in my app behavior.  My Fitbit app is version 3.49.  Do you have this version?  What do you see when you try to log your activities?

I use iOS version 14.8. When I go to search for activities nothing comes up, it’s only blank
