I created a private group on the Fitbit website using my computer. I have at least 1 invite that has been accepted. I created a topic and posted it. Problem is I cannot see this group on my iPhone Fitbit app. Either can the other member. We both have current iPhones with the most recent update. Would appreciate any help!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that groups created in the online Dashboard are not visible in the Fitbit app and viceversa. Each group is only available in the platform they were created. I understand how important for you is to be able to see the groups you created in both platforms, which is why I would like to suggest you to check @WileyMan's suggested idea to implement this feature in the future.
Feel free to add your vote and comment to this idea, this is the best way to make your voice heard.

@michele907 Hello, and welcome to the forums!
I am not an expert on this, but I think a private group created on the website is different from a closed group that is created on the Fitbit app.
Here is a link to the Help article that describes closed groups -- it only has references and instructions for the app and does not mention the website. I don't think these two groups can "talk" to each other.
If you want to have a private group on the app, I think you need to set it up on the app.
If I am wrong, I hope someone jumps right in to set me straight.

I would like to see these two platforms sync up. This way if the group was created online at a PC and I am away from my desk, I would like to be able to view the group on my phone.
