I keep getting notifications that people have posted something on the Fitbit app for the first time, or the first time in a while, but can't see these posts when I follow the link on my iPhone. An Android user told me that there is a new message board, or something similar, in the app on their device but it hasn't appeared on my iPhone yet. Why am I getting the notifications when I don't see the message board? Is this new message board going to be on the iOS app anytime soon?

Thanks for the reply, but I don't see the notifications tab anywhere in my app. This is the main screen that I see
As you can see, for me, bottom right is the account tab.
I can access messages via the friends tab, but I don't see a notifications tab on that screen. Only 7 day steps and messages
I
Is there any way of updating the app to get the notifications tab?
Cheers!

Hello again, @Mozcab. It looks like you need to update your Fitbit app. To do this, open the App Store and look at the bottom for Updates.
This is what I see on my screen. Notice the bottom, right corner.

My Fitbit app is set to auto update, and did in fact update itself earlier today to version 2.44.2 (739). So, as far as I'm aware, I do have the latest version. Odd that it doesn't look the same as yours
I guess I'll have to try deleting and re-installing the app, to see if that works

Or, @Mozcab, it may be time to contact Fitbit Support. I’d be interested in knowing what the solution is. I’m on the same version as you. Question: What IOS version are you on?

Yes, I think Fitbit support would be the next step. I've got an iPhone SE running iOS version 11.2.1 (15C153). It's not one of the latest iPhones so maybe that's the problem.
I'll post again once I've found a solution.
Thanks for your help and cheers!
