Hi,
I have an iPhone X on iOS 12.1.4 and see within settings on the Versa itself "Device Locked: Show Notification Content" and have it toggled "OFF". For example, When I get messages from FB Messenger, it shows who sent the message but not the message content, which is exactly how I want it for my Texts/SMS but it's not hiding the message contents.
Is there a fix for this?

Hello @xJeslynlucia, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for letting us know about this situation. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > Notifications > The app of your choice and make sure the following is enabled:
Then restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Hi Marco,
Thanks for your response.
I'm sorry for any confusion but what I am trying to achieve is that the message content does NOT show on the Versa.
Like when I receive a message on FB messenger or Whatsapp, my watch notifies me saying "XYZ sent a message" but it doesn't show what the message says. That's what I want for text messages. I want it to show me who messaged but not show the actual message and what it reads.

Hello @xJeslynlucia, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
I appreciate you have come back and clarify this for us. At this moment, I would like to ask you to go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Messages and make sure that under OPTIONS, Show Previews is se to Never. After that, if you're still seeing the content of the text messages in your device, restart your phone and monitor it for the next message to arrive.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and feel free to reply in case you need anything else.

Hi Marco,
Checking in as there hasn't been a solution to this issue.
At this point I'm considering returning the Versa, as the main reason I got it besides tracking steps is the notifications as an alternative to the clunky Apple Watch. Might just have to resort for the Apple Watch just because of the notification issue on the Versa.
Thanks for trying, anyway.
