Unable to set up Alta on iPhone 6

Trying to set up my Alta. It shows that the app found my Fitbit and is setting up but never connects fully. It doesn’t show up as paired with my iPhone 6. 

 

Any suggestions?  Thanks

Hello @SophG

Mine sometimes shows its not connected and it still sync's. 

Have a look at this video for set up and see if anything was missed.

@SophG, if you're having trouble after checking the video @ACG kindly posted, please restart your Alta, then leave it plugged in and charging. Restart your phone and try to set up your tracker once again:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When you're asked to pair your Alta with your phone, tap on Pair and continue.
