Unable to set up Flex 2

Brand new Flex 2. 

Installed the fit bit app

charged the fit bit

put the fitbin in the band

blue light is flashing on the band

joined the community

neither the app nor the iphone see any blue tooth devices.

 

What next?

If your Flex 2 is not setting up with the Fitbit app, please try the following:

 

  1. Restart your Flex 2 and leave it plugged in and charging
  2. Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal
  3. Make sure there is no other Bluetooth device that can interfere with the process.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
