Hello @smokinb and welcome to the Help forums. If you are in Canada, and everyone posting about this issue is in Canada, the link is broken. To get the link to work, go to your web dashboard, scroll to the bottom and change your location to United States. Now you should be able to download the software you need. Change your location back when you are done.
You need this software to transfer music, BUT you can't set up your Ionic on a Mac. You set up your Ionic using the Fitbit app on your phone. You can set it up on a Windows 10 PC using the Fitbit app for Windows 10, but we Mac users shudder at the thought.
I know this sounds complicated and confusing. I didn't design this. Don't shoot the messenger.

@smokinb It's just a bad web link. Fitbit is aware. I reported it.

Hello @relearn and welcome to the Help forums. I looked at your profile and I see that you have been a Fitbit user for some time. When you joined Fitbit, all the devices could be set up and synced with Fitbit Connect. The newer devices aren't compatible with Fitbit Connect. Your phone has to support iOS 12.2 or Android 7.0 minimum to run the Fitbit app. I'm sorry, but I don't know of any workaround.
