Hello @Yochy30, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

It seems very odd that the app is not letting you set up an alarm at 2am, have you tried force-closing the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app? If so, please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

If the app is still not letting you set up an alarm at that specific time, please send me a screenshot of the alarm screen so I can check this further. In the meantime you can also go to your online Dashboard and set the alarm there. Please remember to sync your tracker after setting up the alarm.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink

I have this exact same problem. I force quit the app using the start and home button method and also the double-tap home and swipe up method. I restarted my phone and I restarted the watch three times. It is a Fitbit charge 2 and I have the most recent Fitbit app update.

Every time I try to pick 2 while AM is selected, 2 shows greyed out and if I select it anyway it bounces off and resets the time to the current time. I get it, 2AM is weird with daylight saving switches so I tried 1:59 and then it just wouldn't save. Again and again, same problem literally dozens of times. Finally when I picked 12:59 AM it saved as 1:59 AM. This morning was the US switch to DST so maybe your software is confused but this really shouldn't be hard.

Hi there @SunsetRunner, thanks for joining the conversation, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment if you're still unable to set up an alarm, I would like to ask you for a screenshot of what you're able to see when you try to set up an alarm in the Fitbit app. Additionally, I would like to suggest you to check @MatthewFitbit's post about the recent Daylight Saving Time change.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I'm kind of angry about this reply. It shows a complete lack of having
actually processed what I said and it should be obvious that screenshots
will not show you what is a dynamic experience.

Hello @SunsetRunner, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

Please note that the reason I'm requesting further information and a screenshot of what you're able to see when you're in the Alarm screen is because you mentioned that when you selected 2AM the option grayed out. Having as much information as possible is very helpful for me to check this situation and forward it to our engineering team so they can investigate it and issue a prompt and proper resolution.

I understand a screenshot will not provide a dynamic view of the issue, nonetheless, it will be very helpful.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else you might want to add or if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
