I have bought a 2nd hand Fitbit charge 2 as I lost my old one, when I go to set it up, it tells me there’s an update but when I press the update button on the iPhone it says if it’s locked it won’t let me press the button and the Fitbit itself has an ! On the screen. I tried resetting the phone. I tried resetting the watch. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve done everything that the Internet tells me to do and it still isn’t working.
