When I try to set up the quick replies on fitbit, I go to the notification section on the app, and right underneath the app notification setting, it says quick replies in faded writing. When I try to tap into this feature it will not let me passed. Do you know why this is happening and how I could set up as it will be very beneficial for me.

Thanks for your efforts, and let me help you with your inquiry. Although the quick replies option appears on the Fitbit app, currently this feature is available for Android devices and not for iOS devices. This and more can be found here. I'm sorry about this inconvenience as I understand how helpful this feature would be for you, and our team will keep working on our products to improve them.
