Unable to setup my fitbit blaze

Hello!
I've been trying to setup my fitbit blaze since yesterday.i created an Id.but when i enter it in the app ,it says improper ID and password even though its correct . I've tried opening it on the computer app in windows 10 .it again says "network operation failed ".
Its been really very disappointing.please give me leads on this

Welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner. If you are having problems setting up your Blaze, I recommend Restarting your tracker and try the Setup Procedure one more time from your iOS Fitbit app.
