Unable to sync Fitbit flex 2 with app

For the last two weeks my Fitbit has only been working intermittently. It has stopped vibrating when I get a message but on the app it's turned on. Since Wednesday it hasn't synced at all the I've charged the battery, my blue tooth is on reset the app and now it won't sync full stop, the app will not pick the fit bit up even though it's fully charged, blue tooth on and it still lights up when I touch it. Can somebody please help I am at a total loss as what to try next

So sorry for your having to GOP thru all of this, @Lauren_89. But Ihave a possible solution. Try resetting your Flex 2. Instruction are here. You may have to do it up to three times. But this procedure resolves a myriad of problems.
