Unable to sync Flex, battery showing incorrectly.

If the battery on your Flex is showing incorrectly in the app is due to it not being able to sync correctly, in which case I would like to suggest you to go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account, check if your tracker is listed under your name, if it's not listed we will need to set it up as a new device:

 

  1. Restart your phone
  2. Restart your Flex once again, only this time, leave it plugged in and charging.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  4. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
