I cant sync weather to my fitbit. on the app the weather is not avsilble in the app section

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that you can locate the Weather app for your Charge 3 by going to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Charge 3 > Apps. The Weather app can't be removed from the device, so you should be able to find it there.
Now, if the weather is not syncing correctly, please restart your Charge 3, then open the Fitbit app and sync your device once again. I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
