This last week my fit bit has been recorded my exercise well. Last night when trying to sync it just kept saying “looking” for ages and this morning it hasn’t recognised that’s my device is charging which is normally does. How do I resolve this issue?

Hello @Betsi1310
The first thing I would do is a restart of your tracker then restart the phone. If thre tracker still will not sync, remove the tracker from your phone's bluetooth trusted devices, then try a sync again.
You say that ot hasn't recognized that your device isn't charging, what or the "it" that you are referring to? Did the tracker charge last night?
Usually im trying to help someone with an inborn phone, today it is an unknown tracker.
How do I restart my Fitbit device?
