I am unable to turn off the sync option in my iPhone settings so my phone and Fitbit Versa are permanently syncing with each other thus draining both batteries!! The button to turn this function off is greyed out!!

i have tried turning my phone on and off, deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing is working!!

please help!

Hello @Mel1365, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for reporting this to me, I'll be happy to assist you with this situation. Please note that All-day Sync has been tested and our team was able to verify that it does not drain the battery on your watch. However, if you'd like to remove this feature and it shows disabled when you go to Account > Versa > All-day Sync, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device, then restart your phone.

This will remove the Bluetooth link between your phone and your Versa and in case you had set up Notifications before, please set them up again by going to Account > Versa > Notifications.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
