Unable to update distance on an exercise.

I usually track my rowing sessions as a plain workout and then I change it to "Rowing Machine" an set the distance according to the rowing machine. In the last couple of workouts I have done once I press save the value jumps back to the initial value set by the watch / app. Not sure if this is a problem in the app or if it is related to the fact that I just switched from a Charge 2 to a Charge 3.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, do you start an exercise from your device or does your device track the exercise automatically? At this moment, I would like to ask you for a screenshot of the exercise you're trying to edit so we can check this further. In the meantime, please go to the Activities Section of the online Dashboard and try to edit your exercise.

Since I'm not interested in the GPS I usually start my rowing session from the watch. 

I followed your link to my online dashboard and in that table the distance is the one I have tried to set manually. So the distance is updated but it is not showing in the app or if I look at the details on the web page.

I appreciate you have come back and provided the screenshots requested and confirm with us you're able to see the edited distance in the online Dashboard. I have the same issue as well after moving to a charge 3, did this ever get a resolution?

I have the same issue with updating Rowing Machine exercise on my Versa. It isn't a huge deal, but I like being able to track the distance, so wold appreciate a fix
