I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I've noticed your reply was marked as a solution. Were you able to solve your situation? If not, please try the following:

 

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your Charge 3.
  3. Go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account
  4. Tap on Charge 3  and enable All-day Sync again.
