Recently I switched my phone from an iPhone 7 to an XR. My versa did not sync with it at all, so I removed my device to try again later. Unfortunately, when I was switching straps, I felt the versa vibrating from me probably touching the screen and now it keeps telling me to unlock with my phone.. which doesn’t have the versa 2 updated on it. Please help me

Unfortunately, after 10 wrong PIN entries it locks and you need to unlock from the app in the phone. The problem though is that if the device has been disconnected from the app there is no way to do this.
The only way out of this is to factory reset the fitbit. You can't use the normal method as you can't get to the settings on the device but there is a complicated way of doing using just the buttons. As it's complicated and prone to problems I think it's best you do this under the guidance of customer support. You can get them via contact.fitbit.com
