Fitbit continues to ignore the issues related to the Apple voiceover screen reader used by people who are blind or reading disabled. The edit button is still unavailable to people using the voice over screen reader. Heart rate plus heart rate zone information continues to be unavailable. Hourly information continues to be unavailable. Percent in sleep zone continues to be an issue as today I receive percentages for awake and white sleep and I did not receive percentages for deep and rim sleep. The information for oxygen variation is not available along with the graphs information below. The step streak continues to be the count from the last Reset and has not been made retroactive. My step Street today show 183 days and should be 893 consecutive days of reaching my step Street goal. There are other issues that could be addressed to make the iOS application, friendlier for those who are blind and reading disabled. Fitbit moderators, community council members, and Google Disability Support have not been of any assistance. My conversations with Fitbit customer care have been frustrating and ineffective. I have a question as to whether or not as part of the Google improvements Google has decided not to support the Apple iOS devices, and only support , the android devices has they do with the pixel watches. I have seen nothing in my web searches to indicate that Google will make the pixel watch so that it works with iOS phones, and other devices.

Tiles on the home screen of the iOS 9 app continue to reverse order at random times. The following tiles step, calories, floors and zone minutes reversed to zone minutes, Florence, calories and steps. I will restate how frustrating it is to not have access to heart rate and heart rate zone information on the iOS home screen. I have never been able to see the face of my trackers and must rely on the iOS home screen to get all of my information. It has been months now and although I believe that the heart rate information is available to sighted users, it is not available to people using voiceover as a screen reader. If I wish to see what my heart rate information is, I must do a screenshot of the information and then open the photograph , and then have the screen reader read the information. This is time consuming and dangerous to do while walking.
