Update causing sync issues

So I updated the App on IOS on the 13th June and since the App update release, 9th June, I've lost all the data and the app won't communicate with the online servers. The app sees the steps etc and the Fitbit Charge HR seems to connect fine over Bluetooth, however it constantly fails to sync.

I've tried all troubleshooting steps available and nothing has worked. This is somewhat inconvenient so if someone knows what on earth the problem is that would be a great help!

Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.
