I just bought the Alta and have set it up in my IPhone 6S. After setting everything up it told me that I have an update. When trying to update I repeatedly get the message "there was a problem communicating with the tracker. Please try again" this is getting frustrating. I have been trying to do this for over 2 hours. Please help.

@Cbrooks75 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Make sure you have Internet connection and Bluetooth activated. Reboot your phone, Bluetooth (turn it off, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on), and restart your Alta. Then, follow these set up steps for iOS devices.
Try that out and let me know how it goes.
