I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

Try resetting your Fitbit by setting it up to charge. While it is charging, press and hold the button on your Fitbit for 10-12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number. Then let go of the button. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable. You should now be able to synch.
