Upgraded to IOS 13.1 and my wife an I no longer get text or call info on our fitbits.

I have a charge 3 and my wife has an Alta HR. Both were working fine until we upgraded our phones to IOS 13.1. Now, neither fitbit will pass along text messages or call info.

I have tried all of those and spoken with support online. I was told they
are aware of the problem and are working on a solution
