Versa 2 - Fitbit app not functioning properly

iPhone 8 - Versa 2

 

FitBit version 3.20.1

iOS 13.3.1


The iPhone FitBit app opens normally, but all links for fitness tracker, sleep data, weight log and other sections do not work. The + signs next to the links are greyed out.

I am sorry to hear the Fitbit app is not functioning properly. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the details shared and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

If the issue persists, some users were able to resolve the issue by uninstalling /reinstalling the app. Make sure to sync your watch before to not lose any data.
