Versa 2 hourly goals are not clear in the iOS Fitbit app 3.45

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Versa 2 used to display 14 distinct red strips for each hour where I completed 250+steps.  A couple of days ago the display is no longer clear and distinct.  The strips for each hour now run into each other or are incomplete.  It used to be easy to identify each hour.  Now it's not.  I have shut down the app and rebooted my iPhone a couple of times and it has made no difference.  Any ideas?

Hello @MitchMack and welcome to the Help forum.  I am seeing the same thing in Fitbit app v 3.45.  It can also appear in the Exercise tile.  I am reporting this as a bug.

Thanks @LiliyaFitbit.  I tried the 5 steps and I still have the problem.  I am having trouble inserting images.  I select the camera icon; Insert/edit image, but the only options I get are shown below.  I have tried many times and get the same result each time.  Any ideas?

@LiliyaFitbit   As a long time user, I did that before reporting the bug.  It did not work.  I use an iPhone 6s, iOS 14.7.1, Fitbit app 3.45.

@MitchMack   I am unmarking my first response as the best answer for now.  It answered your question, but the problem is still there.  Other users might think it is corrected.

Thank you @LZeeW.  Your 250+ Steps display looks just like mine.  I am also on an iPhone 6s with iOS 14.7.1, but I have Fitbit Versa Version 72.1.15 (looks different to your app version, but that is the only version I can find).

Since I updated the app over the weekend, the active hours tracker looks weird. Anyone else experiencing this?
