The app on my iPhone shows the same stats every day. Same floors. Same steps. Same calories...etc. I have deleted my Bluetooth connection and then set it up again but it didn’t correct the issue. Help!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the app on your iPhone shows the same stats every day. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
- Sync your Fitbit and check your details.
