Has anyone been working to get this fixed??
My Versa 2 is only 3 months old, yet:
1) Can be found by my iPhone 6 but not my 13.1.3 iPhone 11 Pro, which is what I actually use daily, and worse, in the meantime,
2) Even connecting time my old phone, it won’t fix the fact that the time and date are WAY off. It used to be 2 hours exactly that it was behind, but it’s gotten WORSE as I’ve tried to fix this. Plus I deleted all my info trying to fix the situation.
Needless to say, I’m not happy. I have a watch telling me that it’s 1:02 2/27. It’s 3:14 on 3/10. How can I have reconnected back to a TOTALLY different phone, only to have the same issues with the Fitbit?? How can that be?? Even when it was found & connected, it’s like it still won’t sync.
I’m disabled and frustrations with this are causing me major flares. This was supposed to help my health 😡

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Versa2Chick.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with your Versa 2 showing the incorrect date and time and not syncing with your iPhone 11 Pro. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. I totally understand how you are feeling as you would like to enjoy the Fitbit experience without any issues and work on your health and wellness goals.
After downloading the Fitbit app on your iPhone 11 Pro and logging into your Fitbit account, I recommend doing the following:
- Open Settings app on phone
- Scroll down, tap Fitbit -> Toggle Location to 'Always'
- Ensure toggles next to Bluetooth and Background App Refresh are turned "On"
For complete troubleshooting instructions, please see this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
