Versa 2-no Alexa available

Performed the installation for versa 2, selected alexa as shortcut for the button, was then asked to choose from another list with no Alexa feature in. Looked in the mobile&desktop app, Alexa is nowhere to be found. App and versa are both up-to-date. What am I doing wrong?

Not sure if this will help, but there are 2 places Alexa might be on V2 (your choice):

1)  Hold in left side button a few seconds

2) From main clock face, scroll up (swipe down) and look at top of screen at top of messages screen.

You can choose I believe between Fitbit Pay and Alexa which is which place.

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, it does not help. Long-pressing the button now gets me to wallet and In the notification bar (up) I only have music, wallet and quick settings. If anything else comes to mind, please let me know

@Roxi_rox   @IvanaB  Where are you located?  Alexa Voice Control is not available in all countries.  See this link for the list of supported countries.

I finally got it working. You need to set up your location in profile details. When I set my country/city, Alexa appeared in both my iOS app and on my Versa 2. Hope this helps.

That is true. Being located in Europe makes Alexa unavailable. So I changed the location to US and it fixed the problem
