My Versa 2 stopped tracking my sleep about 6 weeks ago. Now it just says to wear my versa to bed. I wear it every night. I’ve tried letting the battery die, disconnecting and reconnecting it, and syncing it. Any ideas?
Mine has also quit. I've tried restoring to original, I've Google it, and I cannot get it to track. I think it may have to do with the afib tracking. But I can't remove that either. I hate to dump the watch but a third of what I use it for isn't working and Fitbit doesn't have any answers.
Having many issues with the versa 3 Heart rate to high and all related functions. Contacted Fitbit and all they say is there working on it. Just a expensive step counter at this time. Very sad!
