Versa 2 not syncing with iPhone 11 iOS 13.5.1

My Versa 2 is not synching properly with my iPhone 11. When syncing, getting message that device is not found. I have the app on my iPad and it is working correctly.

I am sorry to hear your Versa 2 is not syncing properly with your iPhone 11. Thank you for mentioning that your watch is syncing with your iPad without any issues, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Go into your phone's Bluetooth menu.
  2. Tap on the icon next to your Fitbit device.
  3. Press Forget this device.
  4. Re-open the Fitbit app and re-bond your device. 

Since you use more than one phone to sync, make sure the other device isn't nearby. If the device is nearby, turn off Bluetooth on it. For complete troubleshooting instructions see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
