I constantly have issues with my device syncing. Randomly it will synch a weeks worth of data. My husband has no such issues with his Versa 2, so it’s not our internet connection. I’ve trouble shot it with customer service and the online information, but it continues to be a struggle. I have removed bluetooth countless times from the phone to resync, reset the device by holding the button ten seconds at least weekly, made sure everything was updated on the phone, and so on. I have never had these issues with old devices. Is this a common issue?
