My versa 2 will not reconnect to the Fitbit app. It gets stuck on the code screen, just keeps saying “code is not valid try again” - I have done all the troubleshooting steps I’ve seen, multiple times. I have been trying to get it to connect for 3 days.
restarted phone, app, and device
updated phone and app
turned on and off bluetooth
unpaired from bluetooth
