Versa 2 won’t connect to new app.

Versa 2 won’t sync time is wrong won’t connect to new iOS app?

reset the versa 2 trying to connect it to the app on my phone. New updated app doesn’t show syncing across screen. Now won’t connect at all??

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 2. Sorry to know the inconvenience. 

If you haven't done so already, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users: 

  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on. 
  • Open the Fitbit app and sync again

In addition, I recommend that you try restarting the device: press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

If you're still having any issues, please try all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
