Versa 2 won't stay connected to iPhone 13

I have the Versa 2 with Iphone 13 and have to re-pair it at least 5 times a day.  I only get notifications on the Versa2 right after pairing and then it is unpaired again so it is unreliable.  I even did a restore of my phone and still have the same issue. Been dealing with this for months and have tried all suggestions many times.  They need to fix this issue.  I can't return my Fitbit, but am glad you were able to.  It worked fine on my old iphone XR so wonder if it is related to iphone updates.  Very frustrating.

Thank you for your reply.  Unfortunately, support was not able to help me either. So I decided since my last 5 Fitbit’s each only lasted 12 to 18 months, that I would try switching to an Apple Watch and see if I have better luck.

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Versa 2, and I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused. I went ahead to check your details and I noticed you already got in touch with our Support team. Because they have access to your information, my best advice is to keep an open communication with them in order to receive further assistance.
