Versa 2 won't stay connected with iOS 13.6

Hi guys,

I just updated my phone to iOS 13.6 and I am noticing there are connection issues between my phone and the watch.

Changing clock face settings and internet data do not seem to be working well - I have to Sync my watch then close the Fitbit phone App and Re-Sync to get settings to change?

Is anyone else finding issues with the latest iOS version?

Thanks.

Hi @harpo666. I'm glad to see you here in the forums.

Thanks for sharing that your Fitbit device won't stay connected with your phone after the iOS 13.6 update. Also for the troubleshooting steps tried prior posting. Just to confirm, do you receive an error message when trying to sync? Do you have other devices with the Bluetooth enabled nearby?

While you've tried some steps on your own, please try the following:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings in your iPhone and forget the Fitbit device from the list.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth in your phone and any other device nearby.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit device.
  4. Turn on the Bluetooth only on your phone, open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. A Bluetooth pair authorization should appear, tap pair. This will re-establish the Bluetooth connection between your Fitbit device and the Fitbit app.

I'll look forward to your response.

Sorry it is a Versa 2 not a Charge 4.

Thanks.
