I've had the Versa 2 for a couple of years and love it. Around January this year, it wouldn't stay connected with my iPhone SE anymore. When I use "Forget the device" in Bluetooth then pair it after, it can sync and gives me all the data for a couple of minutes, but will show "not connected" soon. I have been missing all the text messages and incoming calls due to it, but I get all the steps or sleep trackings.
In the beginning, I thought it was a software update and would stay connected like before pretty soon. Now I realize it will not go back to the good old days without help.
Besides, press and hold the side button for 10 seconds wouldn't restart it either, so I have to wait for the battery to die to restart.
