Versa 4 daily climb badges not working

I have taken all the actions possible, listed online, regarding badges not opening, and how to resolve the issues. Badges not opening up for daily climb and lifetime climb. Any ideas? Thank you.

@TheTruth101   I apologize if I misread what you wrote.  Are you referring to your badge collection in the Fitbit app?  If so, this is an app issue.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  App issues are usually in one platform, not both.

Can you include a screenshot?

I live on the third floor, and make a few trips up and down each day, just not reflected in the badges, though it does register in my daily info. I have a iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Here is also a screenshot of my climb history. Sorta. It only registers 2 out of the three floors most of the time. But I don’t expect it to be fully perfect.

@TheTruth101   I moved your post to the iOS app forum.  I use an iPhone 13 and don't have this issue.  You might get a more helpful answer from Support.

 I know my badges are working.  When I tap on the Happy Hill badge, I see a note that I earned it 2090 times, last on Aug 22, 2025.  I have the Rollercoaster badge and I'm not sure I can do 150 floors to get the Stadium.

This is actually the same thing I came here for. My app registers the floors, but doesn't award badges for floors, even when it tells me I met a goal. All other badges are awarded.
