Versa 4 isn't tracking steps accurately

I use a Versa 4 and my STEPS on the APP have been inaccurate for the past 4 days. From April 12 through April 15, 2024, the number of steps I took each day was EXACTLY THE SAME according to the app (6,838 steps). Somehow your app data is getting screwed up. However, the web-based version shows different steps each of those days.

I've moved your post to the Versa 4 board as this appears to be a question and not a suggestion. I understand how important this data is for you and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. This is odd and so we can work on this together, may I know if the same happened to the rest of your details (sleep, distance, etc)?

Assuming the issue is only with the steps, I'd recommends the following:

  1. Forget your watch from the Bluetooth settings
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  3. Restart your Versa 4 to refresh its performance
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync


While these instructions won't modify the information already synced on your account, they should ensure the performance of your Versa 4 afterward, so please keep an eye on its behavior.
