I use a Versa 4 and my STEPS on the APP have been inaccurate for the past 4 days. From April 12 through April 15, 2024, the number of steps I took each day was EXACTLY THE SAME according to the app (6,838 steps). Somehow your app data is getting screwed up. However, the web-based version shows different steps each of those days.

This is odd and so we can work on this together, may I know if the same happened to the rest of your details (sleep, distance, etc)?
