After update my Versa 4 does not collect data while wearing it and the the screen remains black. I can place fitbit on charger and sync with phone and does sync but no data collected. I! have reset both versa and app iphone with no positive changes same result. what's next???? not acceptable product

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this black screen issue of your Versa 4. Thank you as well for all the troubleshooting steps you tried.
Could you please confirm if you see the lights on the back of the pebble? Does the Versa 4 vibrate when you put in on charge?
