Versa - Battery and touch screen issues

Very disappointed. My Versa that I’ve had a little over a year now has no touchscreen capabilities and the battery only lasts about 12 hours and is getting worse every day.  I have already reset several times and factory reset.  I’ve read many suggestion from other posts and tried them all so I don’t hold out much hope but If you have any suggestions let me know.  Also looks like Fitbit support from the app is only via Twitter ?
