I have a Versa lite and it just disappeared from my devices list on my phone. I’ve followed all the hints and tips, checked for a systems upgrade on my phone and restarted the Versa lite but still my phone can’t find it! Customer services won’t help as it’s not in warranty, just sent me a voucher for money off a new one …. Help!

Hello @Claire24
I understand your no longer connected to your Bluetooth on your mobile device. I see you have tried restarting your Versa Lite but the connection to Bluetooth was unsuccessful. Have you tried turning your Bluetooth off then on again to see if it will reconnect? If this doesn’t work log out of the Fitbit App then force shut the App by swiping it upward. Now turn off your phone for 1-2 mins then turn your phone back on. Now log back into the Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password. Now try and sync your Versa Lite. If the problem persist try changing your clock face…sometimes this will help.
😉 I’m hoping this helps. Please let me know and keep me posted

@Claire24 Can you try uninstalling the Fitbit app, restart your iPhone and then reinstall that Fitbit App?

I do have iOS 15. But the issues started before then, the customer services team advised me to update the phone but it hasn’t helped at all.

Sorry no, tried and no difference. I’m guessing Fitbit has a usage of approx 2 years and then need replacing so I’ll try Apple Watch next I guess 🤷:female_sign:

Hello again @Claire24
Please check again and make sure your Versa Lite doesn’t appear on your Bluetooth list. If it does appear but still says not connected try taping it then tap the blue information icon beside it and tap forget device then go back to your Fitbit app and swipe the Today page to attempt to sync it. Hopefully that will prompt a pairing message.
If that fails let just try setting up your Fitbit Versa Lite as new device:
Log out of the Fitbit App
turn off your Bluetooth
restart your phone
turn your Bluetooth back on
lag back into the Fitbit app
tap profile picture
scroll down and tap Versa Lite
now scroll down and tap Set Up A Device
choose Versa Lite in the list
now just follow the onscreen instructions
Keep me posted on how it goes

Same exact thing is happening to mine!! and I have done everything and I tell you everything possible troubleshooting wise to fix this it is definitely the watch I have tried connecting it with all different devices in my home it’s been an ongoing struggle for a very long time we are very tech savvy and it is definitely something with the watch that stops working. definitely frustrating I love the Fitbit app but their watches don’t seem to last for even a year I have spent well over $1000 in product in the last few years replacing my watch almost every eight months. I am so frustrated yet again my Fitbit versa light will not connect to anything.

I agree!! My watch has have not lasted me more than a year and I have purchased well over $1000 in their product in the last five years. I love the app and the Fitbit community but their product and customer service is horrible to say the least it makes me very sad because their company could really be something if they improved. I will probably be switching my smart watch company as this last Fitbit only lasted me about seven months. My husband is very tech savvy and it is definitely something with the watch that just isn’t allowing anything to discover it’s Bluetooth.
