Versa Lite not receiving notifications from iPhone 12

My versa lite stopped receiving text or phone notifications from my iPhone 12 Pro.  I’ve followed all recommendations from various forums.  I also signed out them signed in again.  Resynced my versa to my phone. Still nothing.  What’s going on?  Any recommendations?
