Versa Lite syncing difficulty and suggestion

Huge improvement is needed in syncing when it comes to the Fitbit Versa Lite. It was my wife's watch and synced perfectly with here iPhone 6 until it was 13 months old, at which point it started losing time and struggling to sync.

Hi there

Thanks for your message. Unfortunately, the support team have said there is
nothing more that can be done, and I need to just accept that a Fitbit can
stop working after only 15 months, which is really disappointing from a
so-called premium fitness watch manufacturer.

Kind regards
Stuart
