I deleted everything, factory reset, updated to the latest OS and the latest fitbit app and it finally connected but when it tries to update it can't maintain a connection to update the watch. It gets to 10 or 12 percent and then fails. I've tried dozens of times and wasted so many hours on this...is there anyone who can help? How can a product be this bad? It doesn't make sense.
