Versa is not syncing

Ever since I got an iPhone 16 with the iOS 18, my Fitbit will not download data to the Fitbit app. Every day I have to completely remove the app from my phone and download it again, and I lose critical data that my doctor wants for my health.

I have:

-Shut off Blue Tooth and toggled it back on

-I hit forget this device and then re-paired

-I have restarted my phone

-Have deleted the app and then redownloaded it

I need this app to work for critical health issues. Please advise.
