Versa lite won't keep the right time after the update

Ever since I updated the latest software for my Versa Lite. The clock has been losing about 30 minutes a day. Before the update my phone and my fitbit agreed on the time. Now unless I do a sync Multiple times a day, I can’t trust the displayed time.

@Lbueche Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps prior posting.

Please note that the time on your watch should be corrected when you sync it. If you're experiencing difficulties with syncing, please try our complete troubleshooting instructions in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the issue still persists after syncing, I recommend doing the following:

  • In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab then your profile picture and then find App Settings
  • Tap Time zone and then turn off the Set Automatically option.
  • After 10 seconds turn on the "Set Automatically" option again and input the right time zone and sync.

Hope this helps.
