I have a Fitbit Versa to an Uncle for Christmas . He had an old IPhone running IOS 10

He can’t download the app as IOS 11 is required . So we resorted to his MacBook Pro Air. 
he downloaded the app .. and it brought up a menu of  fit bits ... NO VERSA  was on the selection ... What The ...

im helping him over the phone ... he’s in New Jersey , I’m in Vegas and he is 85 and computer/tech illiterate 

now what ?
